By submitting this form and enrolling in a Cheroots Lounge in Katy, TX membership, I understand, acknowledge, and agree that:
• Cheroots Lounge is a 21-and-over establishment. I confirm that I am at least 21 years of age. Valid government-issued identification is required for entry and may be requested at any time.
• All memberships are final sale and non-refundable.
• Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.
• Except where a membership tier expressly includes additional named persons — spouse on Elite and Legend, and up to three named employee cards on Corporate — membership is non-transferable. Named additional persons must be registered with management and are bound by these same terms. The primary member remains responsible for their conduct and for any charges they incur.
• Memberships automatically renew monthly or annually unless canceled in accordance with Cheroots Lounge policies.
• To cancel, I must notify Cheroots Lounge in writing at Info@CherootsLounge.com no later than 30 days before the next renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term.
• Cancellation of membership does not qualify for any refund, credit, or prorated reimbursement.
• Any "money-back value" shown in membership materials refers to the retail value of benefits included with the membership. It is not a cash refund, credit, or redeemable balance, and does not alter the non-refundable nature of the membership.
• By enrolling, I authorize Cheroots Lounge to charge my payment method automatically for recurring membership fees until properly canceled.
• Membership discounts and benefits are valid only for the registered member and apply solely to the member's personal purchases. Benefits may not be shared, transferred, or applied to purchases made for other guests.
• The registered member must be present and may be required to verify identity to receive discounts, benefits, or access privileges.
• Cheroots Lounge management reserves the right to deny, suspend, restrict, or revoke membership access, discounts, benefits, or privileges at any time for non-payment, misconduct, intoxication, policy violations, misuse of benefits, suspected illegal activity, safety concerns, or any conduct deemed inappropriate by management, without refund.
• Membership does not guarantee entry during private events, special events, maintenance periods, temporary closures, or times when capacity limits are reached.
• Cheroots Lounge reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, policies, operating hours, access methods, rules, and lounge privileges at any time at management's discretion.
• Government-issued identification is required for memberships with 24-hour access privileges (Elite, Legend & Corporate).
• Members granted 24-hour access are solely responsible for their conduct and the conduct of their guests while accessing the premises outside normal business hours.
• Members are fully responsible for any damages, theft, misconduct, policy violations, unpaid balances, or losses caused by themselves or their guests.
• Cheroots Lounge may utilize video surveillance, security monitoring, and electronic access tracking throughout the premises for safety, operational, and security purposes. By entering the premises, I consent to such monitoring and recording.
• Cheroots Lounge reserves the right to access, inspect, open, remove contents from, or secure lockers and membership areas at any time for emergencies, maintenance, suspected policy violations, security concerns, safety concerns, or operational purposes.
• Locker access is provided solely as a convenience. Cheroots Lounge does not take custody, possession, or responsibility for items stored within lockers.
• Cheroots Lounge is not responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, damaged, misplaced, or unattended items, including items stored inside lockers or anywhere on the premises.
• No firearms, weapons, illegal substances, hazardous materials, or prohibited items are allowed on the premises or inside lockers at any time.
• No outside cigars, tobacco products, alcohol, beverages, food, or controlled substances are permitted inside the lounge or lockers unless expressly authorized by management.
• Any illegal activity, violence, vandalism, unauthorized entry, misuse of access credentials, sharing of access privileges, tampering with security systems, or conduct deemed unsafe by management may result in immediate termination of membership without refund and may be reported to law enforcement.
• I understand that cigar smoking, alcohol consumption, and use of lounge facilities involve inherent risks. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with use of the premises and release Cheroots Lounge, its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, agents, and management from liability for injury, illness, damages, losses, theft, or claims arising from use of the facility, except where prohibited by law.
• I agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for valid membership charges, renewal charges, fees, or charges authorized under these terms.
• Cheroots Lounge management retains sole discretion regarding membership approvals, access privileges, policy enforcement, interpretation of benefits, operational decisions, and enforcement of lounge rules and policies.
• This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
